(Summer in a scoop—made with clean ingredients and love)

There’s something magical about making your own ice cream. No fillers, no gums, no mystery ingredients—just fresh, simple joy in every bite. This strawberry version is creamy, nostalgic, and naturally sweet from real fruit.
I use the KitchenAid Ice Cream Maker Attachment and my trusty KitchenAid Stand Mixer to make this at home. It's one of those tools I didn’t know I needed until I had it—and now I don’t go a summer without it.

🍓 Clean Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups organic heavy cream
1 cup whole milk (or canned coconut milk for dairy-free)
¾ cup organic cane sugar or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Prep the strawberries:Blend or mash strawberries depending on your texture preference. Set aside.
Mix the base:In a mixing bowl, whisk together cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until fully combined.
Chill:Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight). The colder the base, the creamier the churn.
Churn:Set up your KitchenAid Ice Cream Maker Attachment and pour in the chilled mixture. Let it churn for 20–25 minutes, then add in the strawberries during the last 5 minutes.
Freeze:Scoop into a loaf pan or airtight container. Freeze for 2–4 hours to firm up.
Scoop & enjoy:Top with fresh berries, coconut whip, or just enjoy straight from the container (no judgment).
